• Had complete control over all packaging material purchased for the manufacturing facility. Received material was moved to designated storage locations within the warehouse and stored for future use. Directly supervised four warehouse, shipping, and receiving employees.• Assisted in the change over from MAX Inventory Control System to the Telenet wireless bar code system. Had the lead role in all daily movement of materials in the Telenet System including purchase order receipt, storage location, daily MRP reports, material movement, daily cycle counts / reconciliation, and final product shipping.• In charge of the annual end of year cycle count in all locations within the manufacturing facility, as well as the proper packaging, picking, handling, and shipping of all finished goods.

• Worked as the Material Management Specialist for the Moorestown area, including managing the warehouse facility, the shipping / receiving departments; performed all material tracking, auditing / reporting, asset tagging (both Government and CSC), kitting and all aspects of inventory management. Directly interfaced with both Procurement and Accounting Departments in the day to day relationship between incoming and out going material flow.• Assisted the Engineering Department by setting up and maintaining a complete Bill of Materials for all piece parts and assemblies integrated for the customer. Assisted in the pre-award effort for ISO9002 Certification by developing the methodology for implementation of the Deltek Costpoint Material Management System used by Lenola Road during the AMC2 and JCALS programs. Part of the Core Team during the recent Costpoint upgrade. Created organization flow charts and interfaced with all levels within DSD Moorestown, N.J. as well as Falls Church, Va. Generated policies and procedures related to Costpoint and ISO for material control of both CSC and Government assets. Performed extensive testing, problem resolution, and overseeing of the live database within the Moorestown area. Set up a web based Costpoint training tool for use by any CSC employee and trained all personnel at the Lenola Road facility in the use of the Material Control software.• Setup and managed a material integration and test facility within the Defense System Division. Planned, purchased material for, and implemented a stock room capability.
