As Deputy Head of the Digital Factory (digital, innovation & business department), I was in charge of defining and implementing the digital strategy for the Swiss media Le Temps.I co-managed a multidisciplinary team of 14 people, including social media managers, video producers, data analysts, web developers and brand content managers.I have worked on Le Temps digital subscriber acquisition strategy, implementing a new user-centric editorial/commercial approach (+90% of digital… Show more As Deputy Head of the Digital Factory (digital, innovation & business department), I was in charge of defining and implementing the digital strategy for the Swiss media Le Temps.I co-managed a multidisciplinary team of 14 people, including social media managers, video producers, data analysts, web developers and brand content managers.I have worked on Le Temps digital subscriber acquisition strategy, implementing a new user-centric editorial/commercial approach (+90% of digital subscribers since 2017). I managed the project to set up a new paywall in February 2019. By developing distribution channels (newsletters, social media, SEO...), I have contributed to the increase in traffic on the www.letemps.ch website, which in 2018 reached the position of the 5th most visited website in French-speaking Switzerland.I helped to expand the company's new business by launching a new Brand Content strategy on our media. By forging creative and effective editorial partnerships with dozens of renowned companies, Brand Content has become one of our media's main sources of revenue in the past three years.I collaborated on the digital expansion of our magazine brands. I managed the project to launch the GaultMillau website (www.gaultmillau.ch) as well as the redesign of the L'illustré website (www.illustre.ch). I also worked on the expansion of our B2B PME Magazine brand (www.pme.ch).
