I worked as a Network Systems Analyst for a major bank in the Network Production Engineering team. My tasks were network stability and troubleshooting issues as well as acceptance and compliance checks on new equipment. I was promoted to Assistant Vice President within my first 4 years on the job. The bank converted from Nortel to Cisco equipment across the entire footprint during this period. I also assisted the team with network hardware conversions during mergers of acquired banks. I was the lead analyst for maintaining the banks remote ATM machine network including both MPLS and cellular networks. I have experience with Network Support process and procedures having worked on the IT Network Production Support team for 9 years.

I worked as a Senior Field Service Engineer for Racal Milgo, a company that provided network installation and support for many organizations such as the Banking Industry, Power Companies, Airlines, US Military and Government organizations. I installed and maintained either the existing companies networks or networks using Racal Milgo's own line of data communications hardware.Some of the companies I serviced were Carolina Power and Light,North Carolina National Bank, BB&T,Central Carolina Bank, Kaiser Permanente, US Treasury Department, US Marshals Service, US Army, and US Marine Corp. I had a high security clearance so I could work on Data Encryption equipment for some of my customers such as the Treasury Department and US Marshals service, and for servicing equipment onsite at nuclear power plants.
