I have contracted as a tree surgeon the whole of my professional life to aid with cash flow. I currently work full time with Tom Boswell as a lead climber and arb manager.

A marquee based, waterside wedding and events venue situated at the foot of the Quantock hills. Although I am not actively involved in this venture now I still own a percentage of the company.

An events Company specialising in festivals and music events spanning the whole of the UK and Europe. I started working with Mega Events upon arrival in London, my ongoing responsibilities include:- Frequently creating large revenue streams for the company. - Keen and able to work long hours to keep to budgets and timelines. - Manage events from concept through to delivery. - Fully responsible for the financial budgeting and accounting for each event. - Managed multiple teams of event representatives and workers simultaneously.- Created and maintained multiple business relationships with venues and other contractors.- Managed licences, public safety and insurance for each event.

I started a company providing driving events including corporate days, professional competitions and experience days for the general public. In this I learnt a great deal about financial management, as well as how to deal with the full value chain of suppliers, partners and customers. I closed the business due to the sudden illness of the landowner.- Singlehandedly funded and set up the events business.- Produced annual business plans and financial forecasts for events.- Marketed the business using traditional and social media channels.- Responsible for the smooth and effective management of all events.- Employed up to 40 marshals per event, ensuring they all have the necessary qualifications for the tasks at hand, including first aid and driving licenses.- Liaised and presented to authorities such as DEFRA and the Police.- Provided instruction and advice to the customers to ensure safety on site.- Researched and implemented regulations such as Health and safety and Road traffic regs.

I left school to train in the timber harvesting industry.
