P&L responsibility: - Turnaround/change management of BU followed by continuous growth - Financials: business plan design and successful execution- Customers and portfolio management: definition and implementation of sales strategy and corresponding portfolio- People management (ca. 48 in Belgium, 10 in Luxemburg, 2 in Tunisia); buy-in and development- Processes: tend to operational excellence by implementing a continuous improvement methodology and spirit.
