Thomas Devault, M.Ed is a professional in their field. Our first project together involved handing off management of DSAWM's largest fundraising event, Step Up for Down Syndrome. I am incredibly invested in the success of the event and am relieved to know that it is in good hands with Tom. He brought new life and to team fundraising efforts, sponsorships, and the event location and organization. Because of this, DSAWM has also hired Tom to manage the Winners Cup - our foundations biggest fundraiser. I look forward to seeing how he grows this event as well. I also attended a True Colors workshop facilitated by Tom. I've had a lot of experience with different team building and personality evaluation programs, but Tom's workshop stood out because it was actually a lot of fun! He was able to keep everyone engaged through humor and diverse activities. His genuine personality and openness helped all to feel comfortable and encouraged participation. I find myself using what I learned in the workshop daily as it allows me to quickly assess others and build solid relationships. I definitely look forward to working with Tom in the future and continuing to learn from him."
