As a Police lead here at Dyess Air Force Base, Im a Base sentry for any and all situations. I provide security and up hold the law for over 6,000 personnel. I run shift briefings, assign posts and other work, follow up on assignments to ensure proper performance, make adjustments in accordance with established priorities, and edit, amend, or reject work which does not meet standards. I act promptly, decisively, and judiciously when observing an error in a police officer's performance. Also I can establish identity of offenders brought into the station by apprehending Police Officers to determine appropriate jurisdiction and disposition.
