I assisted global clients in their implementation of Workday. I advised clients on best practices and industry standards to streamline their business processes and deliver a well-configured system. I specialized in Time Tracking and Absence Management. I was the practice leader for Absence Management which included responsibilities such as: lead a group of Absence professionals to create intellectual capital and improve procedures, be the contact person for any questions regarding Absence management, document changes due to Workday updates and the effects of those changes.

Scrupulously analyzed the data from an employee satisfaction survey of a company with over 750 employees by using quantitative analysis techniques and Excel. Prepared intricate analysis and a presentation for the COO of the company. Spear headed company effort to evaluate how well Kronos Time Tracking met the needs of the organization. Learned how the system worked and interviewed users from different divisions of the company about their experience with Kronos. Analyzed results and performed fit/gap analysis. Provided a detailed report on the findings.Authored white paper on the new regulations of the Affordable Care Act that included what the law stated, when changes are effective and how the Affordable Care Act impacted the current and future health care policies and programs of the organization.

On a team of 5 which analyzed energy and resource consumption across the company and formulated a plan based on findings. The project was slated for an extremely fast turnaround as time was very limited.
