I am a coach, supervisor (ÖVS) and career consultant with over 30 years of consulting experience and have been managing director of FairWork GmbH since 1989. My core topic is the (co-creative) creation of future. Consequently, I am also active as a facilitator of future workshops, future search conferences, strategy workshops and as a social entrepreneur. In 1993, I won the City of Zurich's award for innovative ideas in the social sector and several prizes with projects against unemployment. Especially for individual goal setting I developed the method mix "Career and Life Navigation" which I have been teaching for over fifteen years in different countries and universities. The theoretical foundation of my work is psychodrama and process-oriented psychology according to Dr. Arnold Mindell. There are also connections to the Zurich Resource Model, Theory U by Claus Otto Scharmer and the concept of New Work by Frithjof Bergmann. My locations are Zurich and Vienna. In Vienna I work with a trade license for management consulting.
