After starting my career managing a small French start-up, I landed to Venezuela to market some French high-tech product for France Telecom. I then traveled the world as an expat for the beauty giant L’Oreal, working in China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Mexico, and Australia before landing on New Zealand shores 13 years ago. In 2012 I founded TOMeTTe, a ready-to-eat meals business. TOMeTTe is stocked in leading supermarkets such as New World, Farro Fresh and Nosh Food Market. The approach is simple: quality, passion, energy and a little “je ne sais quoi” that could be called French flair. TOMeTTe has garnered significant market recognition, winning three awards at NZ Food Awards, including the ‘Supreme Food Award’ for the best product of the year. I sold TOMeTTe early 2016. My most recent passion is WOOP, the ultimate food kit delivery solution. WOOP answers the need of busy professionals who want to eat healthy and tasty but don't always have time to cook but. As a chef does it in a restaurant, WOOP prepares in advance all the food by dicing veggies, pre-cutting meats, preparing sauces so customers can cook amazing dinners in just 15 minutes when they get home after a busy day. Passionate about innovation I also co-founded The Creative Workshops to help individuals and companies to unlock their creative potentials.When I am not in a kitchen testing new recipes or implementing new marketing strategies, you may find me sailing, or chasing the best swell in New Zealand on my surf, stand up paddle, kite-surf or hydrofoil foil boards.
