So over the last 8 years I have been developing my skill set in the hospitaily industry, the skills that i have leared from my years at The Saddle Room have opened me up to having great custoemr service skill and communication with both internal and excternal customers. I have also been very keen to see myself climb the ladder internallly from been just a waiter to start with to been able to delegate and take charge of the team and the direction that the business goes well at least in the direction that the bar choice is going.With my time been Bar manager I have become more passionate with the stock that I sell and making the decisions on the price that set them at. Making sure that the team I work with are awear of what we sell and how it is to be presented, training staff how to look after the cellar in my absense is important in keeping high quality service.In my spare time im very keen at keeping active with most weeks I like to relax by going for hikes/walks in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I'm also one of the friends that you come to for technical help or just for help so sometimes I'm a bit of a samaritan.
