- Led a diverse staff of Naval officers and government civilians to educate and develop more than 100 midshipmen and active-duty students to become officers in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.- Produced and executed comprehensive teaching sessions on Leadership and Ethics to improve the development of student’s ethical and critical thinking skills. Managed and provided oversight of a $15K annual state/university budget, $100K annual federal budget and $1.5M in annual scholarships.

- Led a MAGTF team of 1000 Marines and Sailors and trained a competent and capable Command Element to command and control all task force mission sets using a significant understanding of complex Marine Air-Ground Task Force operations. - Planned multiple missions in the Area of Responsibility, provided appropriate guidance, and deployed outstanding allocated force to support crisis response. Managed a $4M operating budget and $30M of ground equipment.

- Led a team of over 2,000 Marines providing 2d Marine Aircraft Wing’s air command and control system to enable the direction of aviation operations, exploit emerging technology capabilities, and integrate operations with II Marine Expeditionary Force.- Aligned and focused the entire unit to contingency preparations, concentrating on all Warfighting functions and conducted contingency associated Professional Military Education, Intelligence briefings and Strategic Mobility Exercises. Managed an annual operating budget over $5M and responsible for over $175M in equipment.

- Led a cross-functional team of over 60 military, civilian, engineers, and scientists that work across a wide range of scientific disciplines to respond to complex Combatant Commander Requests for Information pertaining to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) impacts on military operations. - Advanced hazard modeling and response to global CBRNE contingencies by delivering innovative capabilities, objective analysis, programs, and world-class expertise in collaboration with the UK, NATO JCBRN Center of Excellence, USSOCOM (United States Special Operations Command), and Department of Energy.- Planned and coordinated the initial phases of a state-of-the-art operations center for the Reachback team.

- Served as the Aviation C2 Transition Task Force Officer. Represented the Deputy Commandant for Aviation in the development, testing, and initial fielding of a Common Aviation C2 system. Worked numerous portfolios across the command and control spectrum in support of Aviation C2 modernization. Provided leadership and direction to Marine Air Command and Control Squadron-Experimental (MACCS-X); a team dedicated to the formulation and testing of evolving C2 equipment instrumental to the future of Aviation C2 community.

- Led a team of over 150 Marines, forward deployed and in garrison. Ensured pre-deployment and post-deployment training was conducted. With over half unit deployed, successfully passed a rigorous supply and maintenance inspection.

- Led a team of over 420 Marines, positioned in six separate locations throughout Afghanistan to establish the Marine air command and control system within the newly formed Regional Command Southwest. Maintained positive control of all airspace, deconflicted surface fires, and ensured safety of flight for all aircraft within RC (SW). Partnered with Coalition partners on all facets of operations and enhanced interoperability through UK integration into all USMC Aviation C2 agencies. Negotiated all RC(SW) airspace requirements with the Coalition Forces Air Component Commander to enable I MEF (Fwd) combat operations.

- Served as a liaison to Army units during OIF.

- Led a recruiting force of over 100 Marines to find qualified applicants to become U.S. Marines throughout the state of Arizona. Executed during a very dynamic and challenging period of increased missions in support of USMC end strength growth to 202K. Team successfully met enlisted and officer accession goals 37 months straight and was recognized as the FY07 Quality Recruiting Station of the Year for Western Recruiting Region. Successfully managed a $710K budget and local advertising initiatives.
