Mr. Dolan has been practicing in the information security, risk, audit and compliance areas for over twenty five years; experience in banking, information security, compliance and risk management. His background allows him a clear understanding of information security management, as well as adherence to a variety of compliance regulations and security best practices both national and international.In his current position Mr. Dolan is the SVP of Information Security and Risk for Exela a global provider in the industries of healthcare, financial services, legal, government and many other commercial entities – including more than half of the Fortune 100. He possess the ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international user community, as well as vendors. Mr. Dolan has held positions in compliance, audit and security positions at Wells Fargo, Carlson Companies, Robert Half Management Resources and Imation. His proficiencies include leading Vulnerability Reduction, Technology Risk Assessments, Policy Development, Compliance expertise for Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), HiTrust, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), SOX [404], PCI and other regulations pertaining to information security and privacy. Mr. Dolan holds a CISSP certification (Certified Information System Security Profession, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CRISC (Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control). He is a member of the ISSA (Information Systems Security Association) and IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals). He is currently studying for the CSX Cyber security program offers a knowledge-based in concepts that frame and define the standards, guidelines and practices for the cyber security industry.
