PROFILE I have attained excellent experience throughout my career which began in 1997. I have worked for well respected architectural practices including a position as a Senior Site Architect on a prestigious retail development in Leicester. My experience includes all aspects of architectural design and construction from concept stage through to the delivery of projects on site. I am a confident Senior Design Manager (and a Chartered Architect) with a good track record of managing teams of dedicated Architects, Technicians and design coordinators during the delivery of complex and challenging schemes. I pride myself on my communication and client facing skills, which I believe are the key to a successful project, a happy client and a good overall result. I also realise the importance of developing and mentoring junior team members of my team and imparting my experience to them. The benefits of passing on knowledge have proven to be invaluable on the projects I have worked on, and it's great to see how quickly people can develop their own skills with the right amount of guidance and encouragement.
