I have delivered profitable growth in global business and in major geographies such as Europe, China, Latin America, South Korea, and the United States.As CEO and President of Bosch Power Tools, I am currently responsible for >20,000 associates around the globe who generate EUR ~6bn EUR in annual sales. We are one of the world’s leading providers for power tools, garden tools, power tool accessories and measuring tools, aiming to empower our user to build a better life. Before joining Bosch Power Tools in June 2023, I was a member of the board of management at Bosch Rexroth. In doing so, I lead global sales, marketing, commercial operations, pricing and all Factory Automation business units, which supported customers to master the challenges they are facing in manufacturing. Prior to this role, I acted as Executive Vice President at Bosch Rexroth and was responsible for the growth and evolution of the global mobile hydraulics, electronics & IOT business. We helped our off-road customers to increase performance, power, safety, and efficiency – all of this with intelligent connectivity of their machines.Between 2004 and 2021, I worked for Rockwell Automation in various roles and different countries, most recently as Officer RA Inc. & Senior Vice President for global sales and marketing.Prior to joining Rockwell Automation, I was the Head of Sales and Product Management (Powertrain Europe) for ABB Robotics, based in Germany. After finishing studies in electrical and automation technology at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and at Dublin Institute of Technology (Ireland), I received a degree in engineering (“Diplom-Ingenieur”).
