International Market Development NGO responsible for developing international markets for the corn, barley, sorghum, and ethanol industries. Oversaw development of new strategic plan, market development in 24 countries, and development and implementation of new marketing initiatives in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. I spent considerable time redefining the market opportunities and market access particularly in China and throughout SE Asia. Initiated and led the effort resulting in the dismissal, without tariffs imposed, of the Dec. 2010 anti-dumping counter-veiling duty filed by China against the U.S. producers of Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGs). The AD-CV charge was dismissed in June of 2012 by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.
