I am an attorney whose current practice is focused on general corporate legal matters.I have worked on small business acquisitions, deal structuring, deal financing, contract negotiation and drafting, and formulating business legal strategies. In addition to business legal work, I have worked on matters involving regulatory compliance, entity formation, employment law, and criminal defense. I have also conducted jury trials as first chair. I hold a JD and LLM in international law. Prior to workimg as an attorney, I served as an F.B.I Special Agent and was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
