Responsible for receiving, processing, packing, and delivering orders for area restaurants/bars/venues.

As founding owner and operator of WiseFire Coffeehouse and Bookstore I oversaw all day to day operations while maintaining books and accounts for the business. Over 6 years we accomplished the renovation of a historic downtown retail location while expanding the coffeehouse/bookstore into a Grade A Food/Beverage Bar and premier social lounge. From hosting monthly themed nights to special events and custom celebrations we worked daily with community members, customers, volunteers, and employees to meet sales goals and community building milestones.

For 5 years I served as the Secretary of the Blacksburg Business Association 501(c)6 Non-Profit Organization. I maintained meeting minutes and organization documents as well as the organization's website and social media accounts. I was also the chief Event Planner and Grant Writer.

I accepted the nomination to serve as President of the Blacksburg Business Association in November of 2022 when the previous President resigned. In addition to continuing Secretarial Duties I became the spokesman and chief executive for the organization. I presided over regular member meetings, business meetings, interviews, volunteer and member recruitment, as well as attending community meetings as the organization rep.

As property manager for a 21 unit/ 5 acre facility I was responsible for lease marketing, applications, interviews, receiving payments, facility maintenance and repair, ground care, notices, evictions, set-outs, renovation, and procurement of contracts.

For more than 2 years I served full time as the Administrative Assistant to the Organization President and Vice-President. I participated in event planning (domestic and international), member recruitment/retention, fundraising, event management, logistics for guest speakers, event marketing, partner letters/emails, while copyediting and copyediting literature and other materials for publication, and managing personal/business calendars/errands for organization executives.

I traveled domestically and internationally playing music, singing, songwriting, speaking, and managing stage/sound for live performance as well as studio recording of live events, training sessions, speaking engagements, conferences, and special events.

For almost 2 years I served as the lead music minister and worship pastor of the community church of Living Word Intl in Powdersville, SC. I assembled, trained, and led band members and teams of singers for weekly rehearsals/meetings as well as special events.

While serving as Lead Music Minister for Living Word International, I founded the "Spirit & Truth" worship conference which was held quarterly across the Upstate region of South Carolina. This event took place the first weekend of each season change and was hosted in Greenville and Spartanburg at various locations involving partnership with different churches, ministries, performers, and venues.

As Assistant Manager I partnered with the management team in schedule creation, employee recruitment and training, sales goal formulation, floor resets, inventory, cash handling, and other day to day duties. Working in an outlet store I oversaw large volumes of liquidation and sales items and during the economic downturn of 2012-2013 I partnered with the regional manager to assist in the liquidation and closure of other stores in our district.

For 2 years I trained and led worship teams on rotation between three denominationally different churches in the same town. I led solo and teams 3-4 times a week while working full time at my day job.

I was the on-duty manager for third shift. I ran the front desk checking in guests, selling rooms, taking reservations, and handling guest inquiries/issues while nightly completing the audit and transmitting it to the regional auditor.

Seasonal Employee assigned specifically to the clearance section of the retail outlet store. I received inventory, sorted and hang items, constructed sales racks, updated signage, audited sales tags, completed markdowns, and inventoried damaged/returned items.

I rotated through each department at RCI working along each department head and many employees and volunteers to carry out special projects, community events, outreach, facility renovation, audio/video recording and transmission, cable networking, web design, and the startup and running of a community food bank/essential household items program.
