I started working for kisimul as a night residential support worker, where I learned to support residents who present a wide variety of behaviours that challenge. I then moved onto working days, where l have been planning days out and supporting residents in every aspect of there life where it is required whilst still promoting choice and individuality.

Worked as part of a 3 man team tidying up a wood. Duties included sharpening, cleaning and general maintenance of machinery including chain saws, strimers and lawnmowers. I also felled trees (using machines and by hand), cleared rhododendron and helped build log cabins by hand.
