I headed the Tenant Coordination/Project Management efforts for Oliver McMIllan's new Buckhead Atlanta development in Atlanta, GA and Simon Property Group's phased expansion of Stanford Shopping Center, in Palo Alto, CA. Buckhead Atlanta is an overall 1.2 million square foot development comprising of six city blocks; consisting of luxury retail, office and high-rise residential components in the heart of Atlanta's most luxurious district, Buckhead. The 800,000-square foot retail component of the development is anchored by luxury retailers, such as Hermes, Dior and Tom Ford, and includes many international retailers and restaurants, managed by some of the region’s top chefs. The relatively small redevelopment of Stanford Shopping Center (Palo Alto, CA) provides a contrast in project scale and scope to that I am accustomed to. Stanford consisted of a 125,000-square foot phased expansion to an existing 1.3 million square foot shopping center in the heart of California's Silicon Valley, which includes the construction of four new buildings, anchored by a two-story Anthropologie. This project also involved many open-store renovations and back filling spaces that were vacated by the redevelopment.

As a Tenant Coordinator for eight years at Forest City Enterprises, I worked on some of the company’s largest and well known projects including Victoria Gardens (Rancho Cucamonga, CA), Northfield at Stapleton (Denver, CO), Orchard Town Center (Denver, CO) and Wiregrass (Tampa, FL). Northfield at Stapleton is located on the site of Denver’s former Stapleton International Airport and has since been recognized as the first LEED-certified main street shopping center in the country. Beginning in 2008, I led the Tenant Coordination effort for Forest City’s New York City based development entity, Forest City Ratner, for the development of Ridge Hill in Yonkers, NY. A 1.3 million square foot open air center anchored by Lord & Taylor, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Whole Foods and Showcase Cinemas. As the sole Tenant Coordinator, I managed a phased rolling opening of stores from 2010 – 2012 working with Tenants such as Yard House, Orvis, Cheesecake Factory and REI and many local restaurants and retailers

I managed the design development and construction drawing production for two of Cleveland’s most well regarded new-urbanist retail centers: Crocker Park in Westlake and Eton Collection in Woodmere. Both shopping centers, developed by Cleveland’s Stark Enterprises, feature a diverse mix of specialty retail Tenants including names such as, Sur La Table, Anthropologie, Fleming’s, Barnes & Noble, Regal Cinemas and Trader Joe’s.
