- Led an internal design and consultancy team on a 16-storey / 198 unit reinforced concrete (RC) framed construction in this prime location with contract total of £33m - Managed the critical path of the project comprising a basement car park over 2 floors, 42 HA units, 151 private dwellings and 5 penthouses which external faced finishes made of facing bricks, terracotta cladding and metal rain sheet- Coordinated all construction teams, implemented and managed all HSE procedures and advocated a zero tolerance approach to risk- Led the appointment of an on-site surveyor and subcontractors and managed the procurement of building materials

Carried out a contracted 2 month period for the setting up and running of a project on behalf of a civil engineering sub-contractor on the new phase of the regeneration programme currently ongoing in the South Kilburn area of London for Catalyst Housing.
