I worked for 'Try Scoring Runs' where my job was to help run cricket camps in the summer holidays for ages 6-13 as well as going to local cricket clubs in the area to carry out evening sessions. This involved a lot of organisation and planning as well as being adaptable to the amount of participants who are present. The job required knowledge of different cricket drills and ensuring that I carried out the activities in an enthusiastic and energetic manner. Working for this company inspired me to do a degree in Sport, Physical Education and Coaching Sciences.

This role consisted of coaching at King Edwards alongside my degree. The morning/afternoon sessions involved assisting Years 10, 11 and 12 to deliver coaching sessions to Year 7s for their 'Leadership' programme in school. Therefore, I helped the pupils plan and organise the session and give feedback on their coaching experience. In the evening, I assisted in coaching the 1st and 2nd XI during winter nets, focusing on developing the older students technically and tactically. I further contributed to fitness and fielding sessions designed to get the students match ready for the summer term fixtures.
