I strive to keep all students engaged and learning, and foster a positive learning community in order to promote correct attitudes and behavior. I work to push all students to achieve a mastery level of understanding of the topics we discuss in class.

In this position, I was employed as a science teacher. I taught both Biology and Environmental Science to 9th and 10th graders. I worked to prepare students for the state Keystone Biology Exam. I helped to tutor numerous students to help ensure their success. I collaborated with faculty on lesson plans and school policies. As assistant director, I helped with virtually every aspect of the musical from blocking scenes, to coaching students on pronunciation and accents, to organization of volunteers in order to make the performances go as smoothly as possible.
