In my career over the past years as managing director and sales manager, I have achieved a comprehensive managerial competence in creating results, performance and structure to the benefit of customers, employees and owners of the business. As manager, I create confidence and have a very communicative approach. I act energetic and have a high drive, providing a positive momentum and commitment in the tasks I am responsible for, and in the contexts I take part in. With an extensive experience from the mining, maritime, aviation and apparatus engineering in both public and private sectors, I understand the technical and commercial complexities, and I quickly obtain an overview and understanding of difficult processes, systems and challenges. To deliver measurable results, which give the right value for customers, employees and owners, is in itself a major motivator for me. I thrive on setting goals and ensure their implementation and fulfillment in order to create success for the organization, stakeholders and the business. As leader I have a broad experience in creating and ensuring development of the entire organization. To ensure flexibility and a proper readiness for change, enabling the organization to adapt in an agile way to changing market situations, needs, strategies, etc. is one of the fundamental objectives for me in my role as leader. Throughout my career I have focused on developing and structuring business processes and organizations in order to ensure increased efficiency and synergy across the organization. The creation of effective business procedures and processes that are adopted by the organization, is achieved as a result of my analytical approach and a significant involvement of key people. Involvement, the feeling of being challenged and keeping myself engaged in what I do, are all important factors for my wellbeing. I have a good network and a solid foundation in my family.
