CurrentAs a Plato Coffee Franchisee, my role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Plato Coffee franchise store located in the Western Cape. I joined the team with a passion for making a difference in the coffee industry and with the intention of opening a few more shops in various areas in the Western Cape.My responsibilities include managing the store's budget, inventory, and staff, ensuring that the store is clean and welcoming, and maintaining a high level of customer service. I work closely with the Plato Coffee team to ensure that the store is operating in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.In addition to managing the store, I am actively involved in the local community and work to build strong relationships with local businesses and customers. I am always looking for ways to improve the store's performance and drive sales, and I regularly communicate with the Plato Coffee team to share ideas and insights.As a Plato Coffee Franchisee, I am committed to upholding the company's values and delivering an exceptional coffee experience to our customers. I am excited to continue working with the Plato Coffee team and to expand the brand's presence in the Western Cape.
