Currently, I am an Early Intervention and Prevention Coach at Horton Housing, where I provide floating support to young adults who are at risk of homelessness. I conduct assessments, offer advice and guidance, and liaise with professional agencies to help them better manage their tenancies and achieve their goals. I have successfully managed a caseload of 23 clients, and I have received positive feedback from both the clients and the agencies.Previously, I was a Dispatch Supervisor at Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, overseeing the delivery of medical equipment and supplies to customers across the UK. I have more than five years of experience in dispatch, logistics, and warehouse management, and I have developed skills in manual handling, Syspro, and Sage products. I worked with a team of dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of orders, as well as maintaining inventory levels and quality standards. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our dispatch processes.I have a high school diploma from Calder High, and I am always eager to learn new skills and advance my career in the social care and healthcare sectors. I am motivated by helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
