As Samples Coordinator, it was my responsibility to deal with customers in fulfilling their sample needs. This incorporated liaising with customers to determine which product was required, sourcing supply of this product and managing the logistics which would allow the sample to be delivered.

Managed the day to day running of the store. This meant not only was i responsible for the running of the standard business and getting involved with these tasks, but also delegating tasks to other members of staff and making sure the store was efficient and effective.
