I also gained experience designing various things to benefit the shop such as storage racks, various guarding, supports for ventilation system, etc. By attending weekly engineering meetings I enhanced my communication skills as well as my ability to stay on task with approaching deadlines. As a Tree Planter, I was in charge of meeting a company quota daily while overcoming both mental and physical obstacles each and every day.
