Tom joined ETC in March of 1995, after spending 10 years in the construction industry, and has expanded his expertise evaluating, designing and inspecting roofing systems, waterproofing systems, drainage systems, exterior facings (including brick masonry, through-wall flashings, sealants, aluminum curtain wall, precast concrete, etc.), and various concrete structures (including balconies, garages, terraces, etc.) and their associated elements. Tom serves as an intermediary between clients and contractors, and provides a wide range of services from forensic investigation, specification development, construction management and contract compliance inspections of most major building components. Tom has significant construction management experience involving bidding, insurance issues, contractor scheduling and coordination, review of pay submittals, enacting change orders, review of specifications, review of shop drawings, review of contractor product submittals, development of ACAD drawings, etc. This well-rounded experience allows Tom to assist clients in addressing concerns with entire building systems.
