Managed day to day operations and supplying of a remote training base that supported a 50 Marine training detachment and 400 soldiers of the Republic of Georgia. Directly supervised the maintenance and accountability of $30 million of equipment. Developed and implemented training for the 400 soldiers in preparation for combat in Afghanistan.- Led (44) training synchronization meetings between the US and Georgian militaries, harmonized training requirements and allocation of supplies. - Tracked and prepared reports on training statistics and trends of the Georgian unit, preparing and submitting reports to the US Department of State and the Ministry of Defense for the Republic of Georgia. - Planned and managed a simulation based staff exercise for the (56) officers and staff members, coordinating between the Georgian Army, Georgian Simulation Command, and civilian contractors.- Planned and supervised physical improvements including the construction of a twenty square kilometer land navigation course, improvements to the rifle range, and training areas.
