Planning was completed by reviewing data on SAP, while also referencing sales from similar periods, to ensure targets were met, with maximum efficiency and minimum wastage.

Managed a Bar and Restaurant, in a small Village in the United Kingdom. This role required hands on management of the bar and restaurant, as well as a focus on back of house operations. I assigned and rostered shifts for all Kitchen and Front of House Staff, while also managing multiple key shifts throughout the week/weekend. I completed weekly audits on all Wet Products, analysed the data, ordered replenishing stock, and reported to other key stakeholders in the business based on KPI's I had met.
