Corporate Trainer
CurrentProvide instruction to employees, customers and distributors on how to use OMAX Abrasive Waterjet equipment. Carry out appropriate training by following developed training curriculum at various locations as required by OMAX. Train OMAX Employees and Distributor employees (field technicians) on processes for servicing customers during installation of OMAX equipment, trouble calls, and goodwill service calls. Train employees (phone techs & field techs) for certification of the EnduroMAX pump, A-Jet, Operator, and Rotary Axis accessories. Develop and update Field Service Technician training curriculum to reflect current standards. Train owners/operators as well as distributors and service engineers on the software, operation, and maintenance of our Precision Abrasive Waterjet machine tool. Train service engineers on all aspects of the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of our equipment. Develop advanced training curriculm for various audiances.Work with Engineering on new processes and new accessories on developing training programs, documentation, and processes. Review training documentation during use to ensure current standards are reflected in the documentation. Review Engineering standards on equipment are maintained on all training equipment and implement changes as required to maintain an "As currently manufactured" state on all training equipment. Train 'legacy' customers on processes for their equipment as required by their demand.
