After giving life saving CPR during a game of 6-a-side football, started working with the person who I thankfully saved in being an activist for the BHF. With this I now provide free half hour CPR workshops to schools, Colleges, universities and workplaces to train people in being confident on how to perform life saving CPR.

In this role, I am helping to maintain the process flow from sugar beet up to Thick juice where it enters the sugar refinery. I keep close attaention to lab figures and updates from team members should anything in the process require changing/investigating, whilst also going about my daily duties.

An incredible experience to learn of others cultures and beliefsMy team consisted of 1 other assistant and 3 Drivers.Key AchievementsTeam Trinidad and Tobago team kits were on their way back to Norway two days before the game started after not being allowed to access the athlete village – believing that this was not acceptable I spoke direct to Puma (kit manufacturer) and personally took delivery of 26 pallets of clothing and kit and ensured their safe delivery, I them mobilised my team to deliver to venue and their office in time for their full team arrival.Team Grenada: Full design of the velodrome bike was needed so I got my assistant to find us a printing shop at short notice while I designed a mock up – Got all the team together and we agreed the design with some alterations from my team’s input. The bike was ready that very same evening. Grenada Boxer lost his boots so had to find a size of 14.5 boots for his event that night, we won that match. Show less
