As qualified Swiss and European Patent Attorney I have excellent experience in patent drafting and prosecution before European, German and Swiss Patent Offices and in other jurisdictions including US, China, Japan, Korea, India, Russia and Brazil, and in conducting oral proceedings at the European Patent Office and German Patent and Trademark Office.
