My doctoral dissertation, related to Adult Learning Theory and learning structures within asynchronous environments, has served as an extremely valuable asset to my pursuits in higher education and Instructional Design. A few of my professional accomplishments involve the creation of a 9-12th-grade academic intervention program, a school-wide teacher evaluation model and rubric, the design of a quarterly electronic school district newsletter as a community-wide advertising and communication tool, and many curriculum scripts and blueprints, job aides and infographics, and professional presentations. These experiences and accomplishments were gained while serving as a high school teacher, high school assistant principal, high school counselor, and college adjunct instructor.I believe that the valuable experiences I obtained within the scope of my undergraduate, graduate, and employment tenure have provided me with a confident foundation to serve effectively in higher education or the corporate setting.
