My construction practice concentrates on helping both owners and contractors with mechanic's liens and construction disputes including claims for delays, changes, suspensions and terminations, defects, and insurance.I have advised city councils, boards, and municipal employees on a wide range of issues including general administration, open meetings and public records, planning and zoning, taxation and TABOR, annexations and public safety issues.
