I am a Workers’ Compensation lawyer who handles both claimant and defense matters. I also serve as a municipal and zoning lawyer in Bucks County and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Elected as Bucks County Treasurer in 2015, I have over 20 years of experience in various roles supporting both the private and non-profit sectors.I joined High Swartz in 2016 as a result of a merger with McNamara, Bolla & Panzer Attorneys at Law, a firm for which I served as Managing Partner. I have been practicing law in southeastern Pennsylvania, and in particular Bucks and Montgomery Counties, for nearly 25 years.In addition to the practice of law, I have been involved in local communities with regard to zoning, municipal issues, land reuse and political activities. I served two terms as a Warminster Township, Bucks County, Supervisor, including the office of chairman in 2003. I was an appointed member of the Warminster Municipal Authority Board of Directors. I served on the Republican State Committee for five years and was a board member of the Federal Land Reuse Authority from 2005 to 2007.I also contribute my time and energy to various community organizations. Some of them have included the MS City to Shore Bike Ride, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Light the Night, and as a Bucks County Corporate Walk co-chair. I am a member of the board of directors for the Wesley Enhanced Living and Growth Opportunities Center which supports the needs of continuing care retirement communities.I am a proud resident of Bucks County where I reside with my wife, children, three dogs and two cats.
