I have had a productive 50 years of collective experience in the field of construction as a master carpenter, with design and drafting experience in multiple fields of the industry. I have served as a foreman, construction superintendent, construction manager for many companies and also as an assistant and training director for Baltimore base youth training development organizations.I am currently active as a construction consultant, manager and estimator. My primary function is plan and design review, concept development, building inspection, building stabilization, underpinning and building expansion. I also provide cost estimates, project value engineering and feasibility studies for brownstone rehabs, new home development, multi-family units, commercial tenant lease space, and site development for commercial buildings, schools, churches and roadways.My years of experience as a builder, construction estimator, space management designer and inspector has kept me in pace with the ever-changing construction industry. I have also been certified for MDE and EPA accreditation for lead safe homes, creating healthy homes. I continue to hone my abilities in product development, along with alternative sustainable energy sources such as solar, wind and green construction.
