Control Room Operator, Intrepid Potash LLC· Responsible for the operation of a potash refinery,· Job duties include, monitor the operation of the plant utilizing computerized software to start, stop, and control the feed rate into the plant, · Assist and advise unit operators on the status of the various sections of the refinery and make changes as requested by the unit operators.· Crushing and Screening Operator: responsible for maintaining a steady feed rate into the refinery. Operating belts, scales, pumps, first stage de-slime agitators, also responsible for trouble shooting and assisting maintenance in repair of equipment. · Floatation Operator: responsible for the second and third stage de-slime of ore, the separation of potash from the salt utilizing multiple stage pumps and screens, the floatation of the potash from the salt and safe handling and mixing of the chemical reagents used to float the potash crystal.· Brine Recovery Operator: responsible for maintaining a steady supply of clean brine to feed the plant utilizing the safe handling and mixing of chemical reagents required to separate the clays from the brine. As a Brine Recovery Operator I was also responsible for efficient tails disposal.

Responsible for a team of 6 employees, directed the crew’s day to day activities in a cohesive team environment. Responsible for checking in over the road haul trucks, ensuring the proper grade of sand for each load ticket, writing load tickets, and loading trucks to D.O.T. specifications. Sponsored safety meetings for crew.· Qualified in operation of Rail King track-mobile, safe operation and maintenance of belts.· Compliance to OSHA standards.

· Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment compliant with MSHA standards. · Proficient in troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on equipment, pumps and motors. · Experienced in removal of Asbestos in accordance with EPA guidelines.· Responsible for safe unloading and transporting of reagent throughout the plant.

· Responsible for a team of 3 employees and directed their day to day activities in a cohesive team environment. Performed safety checks on equipment at the start of each shift. Proficient in use of a Self-Rescuer (breathing apparatus designed to provide breathable air). · Proficient in use of JOY, EIMCO, and DBT underground miners. I also set the record for most tons cut in a 12 hour shift on all three miners ranging from 1,700 tons on the DBT up to 2,400 on the JOY for which I received a company jacket. · Safely use a roof bolter to maintain safe tunnels, and operate lube wagon as needed.

· Read survey maps, determine how high above sea level terrain is. Identify and mark property lines. · Mark each point for future crew members to identify.
