Sub Divisi: Mechanical Maintenance PlantPeriod : August 4, 2015 – August 7, 2017Position Senior Mechanical Enginner, Who has responsible at Coal Handling system; Conveyor and rotating equipment and Fabrication Erection Fuel Oil Tank at OKI Pulp & Paper Project. Job descriptions:Responsibility :• The responsibilities of construction supervising of installation Coal Handling system; Conveyor and rotating equipment and Fabrication Erection Fuel Oil Tank toward the achievement of world Class Company are to be a Model, Motivator and Leader of Quality. Assist Manager and coordinate with team project in overall job planning and scheduling of construction activities.• Coordinate activities of Engineers / Superintendent, Material Controller & QC to ensure continuity of job progress and the maximum efficiency of construction operation.• Coordinates activities of field supporting groups to ensure effective progress of the work.• Makes the work planning, schedulle of the work assigned.• Monitor the progress & to make sure that the works still within the schedule for the excution of the works.• Prepare Rigging Plan and lifting procedure erection conveyor at Coal Handling system and Fuel Oil Tank at OKI Pulp & Paper Project.Period : August 7, 2017 – April 16, 2021Position Senior Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, Who has responsible at Wood Handling Plant at OKI Pulp & Paper. Job descriptions:Responsible• Makes the work planning, schedulle of the work shutdown assigned.• Make sure all eqipmnent at good condition• Do preventive maintenace check • Coordinate with other team for achieve target production• Monitor the progress & to make sure that the works still within the schedule for the excution of the works.

Position : Mechanical Engineer & Rigging Enginner, Who has responsible Erection Steel stucture and Rigging Plan for the Amonia and Urea Building PUSRI II-B Project. Responsibility : • The responsibilities of construction supervising of Fabrication and installation pipe at turbine house toward the achievement of world Class Company are to be a Model, Motivator and Leader of Quality movement. • Assist Area manager and coordinate with team project in overall job planning and scheduling of construction activities. • Coordinate activities of Construction Manager, Engineers/Superintendent, Material Controller & QC to ensure continuity of job progress and the maximum efficiency of construction operation.• Monitor the progress & to make sure that the works still within the schedule for the excution of the works. • Makes sure that installations & erections are following the drawing & spec provided by the client.

• Responsibility : • The responsibilities of construction supervising of Fabrication and installation Tank and Auxiliary Equipment (IDF, FDF, PAF, SAF, etc) toward the achievement of world Class Company are to be a Model, Motivator and Leader of Quality movement. • Coordinate activities of Construction Manager, Engineers/Superintendent, Material Controller & QC to ensure continuity of job progress and the maximum efficiency of construction operation. • Coordinates activities of field supporting groups to ensure effective progress of the work. • Makes the work planning of the work assigned. • Monitor the progress & to make sure that the works still within the schedule for the excution of the works. • Makes sure that installations & erections are following the drawing & spec provided by the client.

Responsibility : • The responsibilities of construction supervising of Fabrication and installation Ducting and Fans, ESP and Auxiliary structure and Equipment toward the achievement of world Class Company are to be a Model, Motivator and Leader of Quality movement. • Assist Superintendent and coordinate with team project in overall job planning and scheduling of construction activities. • Preparation of erection procedures and Method Statement. • Coordinate activities of Area Manager, Engineers/Superintendent, Material Controller & QC to ensure continuity of job progress and the maximum efficiency of construction operation. Coordinates and communicates field works based on the critical path and milestones set by the project planners and schedulers. • Monitor and control the work of subordinate underhim. • Coordinates activities of field supporting groups to ensure effective progress of the work. • Makes the work planning of the work assigned. • Monitor the progress & to make sure that the works still within the schedule for the excution of the works. • Makes sure that installations & erections are following the drawing & spec provided by the client. • Works as a team with the other staffs in bringing this project to successful conclusion.
