Medical Data Analyst - Data Solutions and Technology November 2011 - Present Combat Incident Analysis Division (CIAD) Supports and participates in analysis to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate injuries of US Service members.Utilizes Department of Defense Health information Systems and DoD information reporting systems, analyzes clinical information in electronic health records (EHR’s) and performs daily data entry and processing of clinical details associated with casualty causing attacks. Performs injury trend and pattern analysis; identifies significant trends; and drafts analytic products and assessments.Collaborates with organizations and government agencies to conduct analysis on threat capabilities, weapon type and enemy tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP’s) in order to minimize or mitigate future injuries. Responsible for managing protected health information (PHI) and personal identifiable information (PII) data in accordance with HIPAA and other government regulations and policies.

Department of the Army certified and credentialed physical security inspector responsible for collaborating with government agencies, units, and tenant organizations to plan and conduct physical security surveys and inspections for all military units and organizations at Fort Bragg. Analyzes and evaluates physical security procedures and systems for arms rooms, ammunition storage areas, safes, vaults, communications equipment COMSEC, motor pools, restricted areas, and access control points; enforces compliance.Conducted security inspections, prepared reports and briefed commanders and staff to discuss security surveys and inspection findings. Developed strategies to mitigate security violations and vulnerabilities. Conducts physical security surveys and assessments of new construction and proposed renovation sites, ensures that plans include appropriate security and Anti-Terrorism/ Force Protection measures.
