I am an independent and enterprising person, known by my colleagues for my ability to get things done and deliver on time. My current position is COO and Project Manager in TINEX AS. I am a certified SCRUM Product Owner (SPO) from Scrum Alliance and certified SCRUM Master from Scrum.org. and recently certified PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner from PeopleCert®.During my time in TPG, I have delivered systems operating on PCs and PDAs, later also tablets and smartphones, and by this followed the development from PocketPC 2003, via Windows CE, Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5, to the new modern smartphone platforms.I started working for TPG in 2001 as a Senior Systems Engineer. Has since then worked with project- and bid management related to EW- and C2-projects, participated in national studies for the Norwegian Defence and internationally in NATO Industrial Wokring Groups.Before my TPG career, I gained nearly 24 years of experience from the Norwegian Air Force working as a technician on ground long distance radar, in avionics on C-130 and DA-20 and as Electronic Warfare Operator in the DA-20. Three years was served as the exercise planner and year program developer for the Norwegian Electronic Warfare Sqn (FEKS/717 skv) at the Operational Group at Main Air Station Rygge. The last year of my Air Force career I acted as Chief Airborne EW Norway (Sjef EK-kontoret ved Lufttjenesteinspektoratet). During service, great experience in working in international working groups and Joint- and Air Operations was gained.As Product Owner:Experience from Product Management, Budgeting, Contract Negotiations, Requirement Management, Product backlog, Sales support, Exhibitions, Demonstrations and Documentation.As Project Manager:Project Management, Budgeting, Sub-contractor Management, Deliveries, Acceptance Testing (FAT & SAT) and Coursing/Training.Military:Air Operations, Electronic Warfare, Command and Control Systems.
