As an engineering intern at T H WHITE Group, I gained valuable exposure to various aspects of the business, such as sales, service, parts, and demonstration across agriculture, construction, and groundcare. I applied my data analysis skills to optimize the performance and efficiency of different machines and systems, and contributing to the development and improvement of new and existing processes and services.I have completed my studies at Harper Adams University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering, which I graduated from in July 2024 with a 2:1. I am passionate about learning and applying the latest technologies and innovations in the field of agriculture, and I am eager to take on new challenges and opportunities that will enhance my knowledge and skills.I am now back at T H WHITE Group, as their first Graduate Management Trainee, undertaking a variety of business development projects and working closely with the Senior Management Team.
