Guide Dogs Victoria transforms the lives of Victorians living with low vision or blindness by providing freedom and independence through an extensive range of services. Some of these services include: specialist Children's Mobility Services, Adults Mobility Services, specialist Acquired Brain Injury services, Occupational Therapy and Support Coordination for NDIS, My Aged Care including Commonwealth Home Support Program, TAC and Department of Veterans Affairs.As Referral Partnership Manager, I am responsible for developing the Envision partnership program to generate referrals to Guide Dogs Victoria by educating potential referral partners about low vision and blindness, the services provided by GDV and the new, simplified referral process.
