This role begun part-time to earn some extra money during University. Eight months after starting I was handed my own shop to manage on a temporary basis. In this role I had to manage four members of staff; taking charge of such things as rules and regulations, promotions, training and development and rotas.My determination to make a difference forced me.

A short term opportunity whilst undergoing my degree, this role gave me a great insight into banking in a call centre environment.Dealing with general enquiries from customers was challenging but equally rewarding. This environment gives you no opportunity to slack and every customer was a fresh challenge.
