The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Adventure World business in terms of operational efficiencies and maximising capabilities of the reservations system. To investigate best practice in terms of company adoption of technical enhancements that are beneficial to the product operations of the business. An analytical mindset and high level of organisation skills are essential qualities to be successful in this role. In addition to the technical management and development of the operations systems this role is also responsible in managing the Product Load team in partnership with the Product Load & Support Team Manager.

North Sydney

• Managing product load, allocating loading of contract, setting deadlines and reporting on status of load daily, weekly, monthly as required. • Timely and accurate product load across business.• Liaising with the system provider and taking lead from product perspective on identifying, evaluating and implementing system and process improvements.• Liaising with Systems trainer as required to help deliver specific system, product related training and materials for reservations. • Integration, use of system enhancements from the system provider.• Effective training regards systems and product to reservations and product as required.

North Sydney

• Loading of data from supplier contracts into the Calypso product database for use by reservations• Maintenance of database by updating loaded product with amendments, specials and other information as it is received• Liaise with suppliers both with contract queries and for unique product as requested by reservations• Answering product queries from reservations and accounts in a timely manner• Assisting the Africa Product Manager & Product Team Leader as required
