• Managing product load, allocating loading of contract, setting deadlines and reporting on status of load daily, weekly, monthly as required.
• Timely and accurate product load across business.
• Liaising with the system provider and taking lead from product perspective on identifying, evaluating and implementing system and process improvements.
• Liaising with Systems trainer as required to help deliver specific system, product related training and materials for reservations.
• Integration, use of system enhancements from the system provider.
• Effective training regards systems and product to reservations and product as required.

North Sydney

• Loading of data from supplier contracts into the Calypso product database for use by reservations
• Maintenance of database by updating loaded product with amendments, specials and other information as it is received
• Liaise with suppliers both with contract queries and for unique product as requested by reservations
• Answering product queries from reservations and accounts in a timely manner
• Assisting the Africa Product Manager & Product Team Leader as required
