Business Office Manager, Accountant, HR Director for Pennant Services (6-21 – 9-22) 1 year 3 months• Responsible for all accounting function including A/P, A/R, Credit, Collection, Invoicing, HR• Monthly closing and opening of books• Invoicing, statements and posting of all funds daily, aging reports, bank deposits, credit card transactions, credit memos, past due notices, collections and purchasing• Overseeing the operations of 5 departments and its employees• Hiring, corrective actions, termination, posting job ads, interviewing• Setting up employees into the company’s propriety computer program and employee files
