Envision, create, startup, economically sustain and grow large-scale chemical and biogas energy facilities new business in renewable biogas energy market sector. Authored and implemented the company’s strategic plan and, energy and chemical producer business plan, which included 5-year forecast of revenue and EBITDA margin. Chief negotiator in connection to a biogas energy master agreement with the largest hog producer in the world. Negotiated 100% ownership of nine (9) separate high EBITDA margin biogas energy operating facilities for Roeslein Alternative Energy of Missouri, LLC (RAEM), 20-year term. Negotiated $250 million in engineering and construction for the parent company Roeslein & Associates, Inc. Created substantial social community benefit and environmental value for the hog producer company. Developed corporate management procedures in connection to customer, regulation, contracting, quality management system (QMS), project management, project control, execution planning, process technology, process engineering, permit, market analysis, profitability index, pro forma, finance, engineering, construction, and operations & maintenance (O&M). Built and managed a knowledgeable, experienced, diverse, and cohesive team of highly skilled experts from more than 20 industry-leading firms with large depth of resource efficiently applied to meet business and environmental objective. Managed Veolia Water Engineering, Ford Bacon & Davis Engineering, and JS Meyer Engineering. Spearheaded profitability index anchored development with Veolia Water North America of a process technology adapted to site specific condition to convert all raw materials into finished products, meet customer’s business and environmental objective and RAEM performance expectation, and improve biogas energy throughput by more than 30 percent as compared to proposed technology. Reduced the biogas energy facilities connected load by 30,800-hp through process simplification.
