Customer Experience Team Member
CurrentIn this position I provide enhanced customer service to our passengers and high-value guests, ensure a seamless, expedited, and engaging airport experience. Vital tasks include providing an elevated VIP experience at every touchpoint, creating moments that delight, and special handling for meet and assist requests. In this role I am also responsible for meeting customers with Assistive Devices to ensure proper handling, I help to reunite the device with the customer, and I transfer customer-owned wheelchairs and scooters to and from the aircraft, and work in partnership with other Delta stations and between departments.
