My Role is to liaise with clients and onboard new and existing resellers on to our new self managed billing platform Affinity Billing Lite.This is done through a series of meetings and training sessions to give our clients knowledge of the platform and how to get the best out of it.

- Reconcile and validate monthly supplier invoices- Manage relationship with carrier/suppliers with regards to billing processes- Create and maintain products/tariff/discounts for calls/broadband and services- Proactively participate in the delivery of the monthly bill runs - Co-operates with the billing manager in the provision of an efficient department

• Line management of a team in line with Daisy procedures and policies, adhering to 1-1s and ensuring each team member has valid objectives in place to support delivery to our customer base.• Ensure that the team’s procedures are maintained to the Daisy Quality manual standards.• Working with each team member to develop their skills to enhance on the customers experience.• Liaise with other functional departments to address impact on your teams and drive improvements.• Undertake recruitment as required.• Monitoring performance of team and adherence in line with resource planning.• Be a knowledge point for escalated queries, providing an analytical viewpoint on billing tasks and ensuring your work is detailed.• Be an escalation contact for customers – by phone, email and face to face.• Sign off all credits raised by the team above the individuals credit limit.• Quality control team performance and service provided to Daisy customer base.• Address any issues on resource modeling and improvements needed.• Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments and reports as and when required.• To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation.
